Placement of the order

You can order from Groceryonline in a few simple steps:

• adding desired products to your cart

• accessing and updating the basket to check the total payment and products you entered

• accessing the "order completion" button and filling out the necessary information for delivery and contact

By placement of the order, Customer agrees that a  Chambered Representative will contact him by any means agreed by the parties (e-mail / telephone) for the personal confirmation of the order. The email received after the order is a confirmation of receipt of the order request from you, and the subsequent confirmation, by telephone or email, represents the start of the contract that you undertake to observe.

SC Grocery Online s.r.l. may refuse an order following a prior notice addressed to the client verbally or in writing without any obligation between the parties and without a party claiming damages for the following situations:

• Online transaction failure / invalidation

• non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Client / transaction card;

• incomplete or incorrect Customer data;

• the Client's activity may cause damage to the WEBSITE or our partners;

• consecutive failed deliveries;

• other objective reasons including, but not limited to, the Customer does not guarantee that the payment method is valid and that it is not obtained through a fraudulent method or suspicion about the method of payment.

Please make sure that the email address and phone number you have provided are correct and accessible. If you can not be contacted by phone on arrival of your orders at your address, SC Grocery Online SRL reserves the right to cancel the delivery, with the consequence of keeping the products ordered and taking legal action to recover the damage it has suffered.

Creating a user account

When creating your first order, you also have the opportunity to create a user account on Groceryonline which allows you to manage your orders, delivery and billing addresses, and the personal details you give us to deliver ordered products.

You are responsible for all activities carried out by your account, and you are committed to permanently maintaining the security and secret nature of the username and password associated with your Account. Unless SC Grocery Online grants you written permission, you may have client account alone.

Each Client is entitled to delete his / her account by contacting SC Grocery Online SRL representatives at weshopforyou33@gmail.com. Any request for deactivation will be received by us and will be completed within 30 days of its registration.

Deactivation will not affect Customers' obligations resulting from the use of the camarafermecata.ro platform at that time to maintain that deactivation.

SC Grocery Online SRL may disable a user account or suspend access to camarafermecata.ro if a Customer violates the Terms and Conditions on this page or for other inappropriate conduct without prior notice.

In case of deactivation of the user account, SC Grocery Online SRL will be entitled to immediately stop the person from accessing the Web Site. In this case, SC Grocery Online SRL will not be liable for any damages and profits incurred by the Registered User or third parties arising as a result of the customer's access to the account.

Right of return of products

The customer has the right to request the return of the products within 14 calendar days without the need for motivation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed products and perishable products (from the Categories of Meats and Dairy products) must be returned within a maximum of 3 business days and intact packages.

In order to exercise your right of return, you must notify us of the decision to withdraw from the contract by a written statement at weshopforyou33@gmail.com.

In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund to the customer all payments made after placing the order, including delivery charges (excluding extra costs generated by a customer's decision to choose a delivery other than the cheapest usual delivery method) without delay unjustified and, in any case, within 14 days of the date of entry into possession of the returned products, previously dispatched by the Customer.

We will process this refund using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction, unless the customer has explicitly indicated otherwise. Under no circumstances will the customer incur any expense as a result of reimbursement.

Customer must return or deliver the products directly without undue delay and within 14 days of the date we are notified of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The term will be deemed to have been complied with when the products were returned to us before the expiration of that period.

Subject to the foregoing, SC Grocery Online SRL will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the contract, under the law (including negligence) or otherwise arising out of your use or your inability to use the Web Site.

If SC Grocery Online SRL is liable to you, our cumulative liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products that you paid in your order.

SC Grocery Online SRL will not be liable for any damages or loss of profit suffered by the Customer or any third party resulting from the termination, modification or limitation of the Services or the deactivation of the user account due to Customer's breach of these Terms and Conditions or the legislation in force, or due to information or decisions issued by competent authorities.

SC Grocery Online SRL will not be liable for the content and information of any third parties, including, but not limited to, advertisements, banners or other promotional materials placed on the Web Site.

Even if all measures have been taken to ensure that the information presented on this site is accurate and correct, SC Grocery Online SRL can not be held responsible for any inaccuracies that may arise in completing by the Client the forms in the site for the completion of the order. Customers are responsible for assessing the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information provided in the forms available on this site.

• the right to ask SC Grocery Online SRL to rectify, update, block or delete, free of charge, those data provided whose processing does not comply with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001;

• the right to ask SC Grocery Online SRL to terminate, free of charge, the processing of its personal data;

The data processed by the Operator is stored in a proprietary computerized database, to which only the employees of the Marketing Department of the Operator or the company that cooperates with the Operator for the conduct of the Marketing and Advertising activities, according to an established contract.
